CANCELLATION TERMS & SCHEDULE
A $50 per person cancellation fee will be assessed by Gold Key Travels LLC in the event a guest cancels their cruise after the initial deposit. This fee will be in addition to what the cruise line may charge. Please note the cancellation schedule below:
February 15-March 1, 2023 - 25% Per Person
March 2-March 15, 2023 - 50% Per Person
March 16-April 15, 14, 2023 - 75% Per Person
April 16 - May 15, 2023 - 100% Per Person
DEPOSIT
REQUIREMENTS
An initial deposit of $50 per stateroom (non-refundable/non transferrable**) is due at booking.
Children 12 years and under sail FREE*
It is the responsibility of the guests to make sure they have the proper documents to travel to the various destinations and understand each country's entry requirements.
*Government taxes/port charges/agency fees will be charged.
**It is recommended that clients purchase travel protection insurance in the event plans change and you can't travel.
FINAL PAYMENT DUE FOR ALL CABINS IS FEBRUARY 5, 2023
Payments received after 5:00PM on February 5, 2023 will incur a $25 Late Fee (no exceptions).
